AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE PULONGGUBAT AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PULONGGUBAT, BALAGTAS, BULACAN, TO PULONGGUBAT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Pulonggubat Agricultural High School in Barangay Pulonggubat, Municipality of Balagtas, Bulacan, is hereby changed to Pulonggubat National High School.

Section 2. Any and all provisions in the law creating the Pulonggubat Agricultural High School or its chapter pertaining to the offering of agricultural subjects in its curriculum are hereby repealed to conform with the purpose of this Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on November 22, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
