AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE POTOTAN NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POTOTAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE POTOTAN NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There is hereby established the Pototan National Comprehensive High School to be located in the Municipality of Pototan, Province of Iloilo.

Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on December 15, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
