Republic Act No. 8539

AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE SAN ISIDRO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BACON, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be a national high school in Barangay San Isidro, Municipality of Bacon, Province of Sorsogon, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 22, 1997 and November 17, 1997, respectively.
