RA 8660 - An Act Establishing a High School in Barangay Papaya, Tingloy, Batangas, to Be Known as the Papaya High School

Republic Act No. 8660

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established a high school in Barangay Papaya, Tingloy Batangas, to be known as the Papaya High School.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
