Republic Act No. 8665

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established, under the direct supervision and control of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, the Nanan National High School in Barangay Nanan, Municipality of Payao, Province of Zamboanga del Sur

Section 2

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
