AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TORRIJOS POBLACION SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADE IN THE POBLACION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TORRIJOS, PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There is hereby established a Torrijos Poblacion School of Arts and Trade in the Poblacion of the Municipality of Torrijos, Province of Marinduque, under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, lapsed into law on September 25, 1998, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
