Republic Act No. 8768
Section 1
The Pambuhan High School in the Municipality of Garchitorena, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Pambuhan National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
