RA 8771 - An Act Converting the Maparat High School in Barangay Maparat, Compostela, Compostela Valley Province into a National High School to be known as the Maparat National High School and appropriating funds thereof
Republic Act No. 8771
Section 1
The Maparat High School in Barangay Maparat, Compostela, Compostela Valley Province is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Maparat National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate and issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
