RA 8802 - An Act Declaring the 2nd of August of Every Year as a Special Working Public Holiday in the City of Butuan
Republic Act No. 8802
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
August 2 of every year is hereby declared as a special working public holiday in the City of Butuan, in recognition and in commemoration of the city's charter foundation day.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
