RA 8823 - An Act Establishing a National High School in Barangay Lim-Ao, Municipality of Kananga, Province of Leyte to Be Known as the Lim-Ao National High School and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 8823
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Lim-ao, Municipality of Kananga, Province of Leyte to be known as the Lim-ao National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
