Republic Act No. 8833

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There is hereby established a national high school in Barangay Calategas, Municipality of Narra, Province of Palawan, to be known as the Calategas National High School.

Section 2

The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules, circulars and regulations to implement this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
