AN ACT TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE MAASIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAASIN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO TOMAS OPPUS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Maasin Elementary School In the municipality of Maasin, Province of Leyte, is changed to Tomas Oppus Elementary School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
