RA 8940 - An Act Establishing a National High School in the Municipality of Piat, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Piat National High School and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 8940
Section 1
There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS), a national high school in the Municipality of Piat, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Piat National High School.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
