Republic Act No. 8944

Section 1

The Naga City Science High School in Barangay Concepcion Pequeña, Naga City is hereby nationalized to be known in its original name as the Naga City Science High School.

Section 2

All personnel, records, equipment, buildings, facilities and other properties of the Naga City Science High School are hereby transferred to the nationalized Naga City Science High School.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
