Republic Act No. 9068
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
November 5 of every year is hereby declared as "Remembrance Day in Ormoc City," a regular working holiday for the City of Ormoc, Province of Leyte.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
