RA 9070 - An Act Declaring the Eighteenth of December of Every Year as a Special Working Public Holiday Throughout the Country to Be Known as the Graciano Lopez-Jaena Day
Republic Act No. 9070
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
December 18 of every year is hereby declared as a special working public holiday throughout the country to be known as the Graciano Lopez-Jaena Day.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
