Republic Act No. 9179
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The name of Lavezares Agricultural and Industrial School in the Municipality of Lavezares, Province of Northern Samar is hereby changed to Basilio B. Chan Memorial Agricultural and Industrial School.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
