Republic Act No. 924

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The annual salary of each of the judges of the municipal courts of the chartered cities shall be the following:

a. Of the City of Manila, nine thousand pesos;

b. Of all other cities, the salary fixed for each of the judges of municipal courts by Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred and forty or by Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred and forty-three, whichever is higher.

Section 2

The municipal judges shall be entitled to thirty days vacation leave with pay for each year of service.

Section 3

All acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
