Republic Act No. 9249

AN ACT RENAMING THE BULACAN NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL STATE COLLEGE (BNASC) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ILDEFENSO, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, AS THE BULACAN AGRICULTURAL STATE COLLEGE (BASC)

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

SECTION 1. The Bulacan National Agricultural State College (BNASC) in the Municipality of San Ildenfonso, Province of Bulacan, is hereby renamed as the Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC)

SEC. 2. All laws or decrees inconsistent with the provision of this Act are hereby deemed amended accordingly.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of the Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 3, 2002 and November 24, 2003, respectively.
