RA 9345 - An Act Converting the Panglao Island Circumferential Road in the Municipalities of Panglao and Dauis, including the Ambassador Pablo Suarez Bridge in the Sitio Ubos-Totulan, Tagbilaran City, Province of Bohol into a National Road
Republic Act No. 9345
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The Panglao Island Circumferential Road in the Municipalities of Panglao and Dauis, including the Ambassador Pablo Suarez Bridge in the Sitio Ubos-Totulan, Tagbilaran City, Province of Bohol, consisting of 37 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
