Republic Act No. 9349

AN ACT CONVERTING THE CONCEPCION – CAPAS ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CONCEPCION AND CAPAS, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

SECTION 1. The Concepcion – Capas Road in the municipalities of Concepcion and Capas, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 7.5 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 29, 2006 and April 3, 2006, respectively.
