RA 940 - An Act to Empower Members of the Congress to Administer Oath of Office to Elective Public Officials

Republic Act No. 940
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Members of the Congress of the Republic of the Philippines are hereby empowered to administer oath of office to elective public officials.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, June 20, 1953.
