Republic Act No. 9413

AN ACT DECLARING APRIL 3 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUISIANA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA TO CELEBRATE THE "ARAW NG LUBUSANG KALAYAAN BILANG BAYAN NG LUISIANA, LAGUNA" AND THE "PANDANAN FESTIVAL"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. April 3 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Municipal1ty of Luisiana. Province of Laguna to celebrate the "Araw ng Lubusang Kalayaan Bilang Bayan ng Luisiana, Laguna" and the "Pandanan Festival".

Section 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on December 14, 2005 and January 22, 2007, respectively.
