Republic Act No. 9425

AN ACT DECLARING DECEMBER 13 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN GENERAL TRIAS IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

SECTION 1. December 13 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of General Trias in the Province of Cavite to commemorate its founding day.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 7, 2007 and January 22, 2007, respectively.
