Republic Act No. 9429

AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER 18 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF TACURONG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, TO COMMEMORATE ITS CHARTER DAY ANNIVERSARY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

SECTION 1. September 18 of every year is hereby declared a spcial working holiday in the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat to commemorate its charter day anniversary.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 7, 2007 and January 22, 2007, respectively.
