RA 9438 - An Act Changing the Name of the Babatngon National High School in the Municipality of Babatngon, Province of Leyte to Juan S. Tismo National High School
Republic Act No. 9438
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Renaming a National High School
The name of the Babatngon National High School in the Municipality of Babatngon, Province of Leyte is hereby changed to Juan S. Tismo National High School.
Section 2. Effectivity
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
