Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Renaming of Elementary School

The name of Odiongan Elementary School in Barangay San Jose, City of Tanjay, Province of Negros Oriental is hereby changed to Egmidio V. Manzo Memorial Elementary School.

Section 2. Effectivity

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
