Republic Act No. 9462

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

This Act shall be officially known as the "Apolinario Mabini Superhighway Act".

Section 2

This Act officially names the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR) to Apolinario Mabini Superhighway (AMS) .

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
