RA 9463 - An Act Naming the San Nicolas-Solsona portion of the Ilocos Norte-Apayao Road as the Josefa Llanes Escoda National Highway

Republic Act No. 9463

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

This Act shall be known as the "Josefa Llanes Escoda National Highway Act".

Section 2

The San Nicolas - Solsona portion of the Ilocos Norte-Apayao Road starting from Km. Post 484+000 to Km. Post 524+000 in the Province of Ilocos Norte is hereby named as the Josefa Llanes Escoda National Highway.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
