Republic Act No. 9466

AN ACT RENAMING CALIFORNIA AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION AS MAYOR LORENZO L. DACANAY AVENUE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. California Avenue, a national secondary road in the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union is hereby renamed as Mayor Lorenzo L. Dacanay Avenue.

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 6, 2005 and February 19, 2007, respectively.
