Republic Act No. 9467

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The Ozamiz City By-pass Road in Ozamiz City is hereby renamed as Congressman Hilarion J. Ramiro By-Pass Road.

Section 2

The Department of Public Works and Highways is hereby directed to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
