Republic Act No. 9488

AN ACT RENAMING THE SAGRADA-LIDONG ROAD EXTENDING FROM THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR TO THE PROVINCE OF ALBAY AS DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL HIGHWAY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Sagrada - Lidong Road extending from Sagrada, Buhi in the Province of Camarines Sur to Lidong, Polangui in the Province of Albay is hereby renamed as Diosdado Macapagal Highway.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 6, 2005 and February 19, 2007, respectively.
