Republic Act No. 961

AN ACT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS UNDER THE HEADING "BATANGAS," SUBSECTION (a), TITLE "A. MISCELLANEOUS," SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Sub-heading "Other Public Works Projects," under the heading "Batangas," subsection (a), Title "A. Miscellaneous," section one of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred seventy, is amended by increasing the appropriation for items numbers fourteen and twenty-three and eliminating items seventeen and twenty-one.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
