Republic Act No. 966

AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS TO CARRY OUT THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHT HUNDRED AND THREE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The sum of nine hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated to carry out the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred and three, entitled "An Act to amend sections three and fourteen of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred and forty, otherwise known as the Armed Forces Retirement Law."

Section 2. Any amount remaining unexpended on June thirty, nineteen hundred and fifty-four, shall revert to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund in the National Treasury.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
