Republic Act No. 9683

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

September 18 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of Bislig, Province of Surigao del Sur to commemorate the signing of Republic Act No. 8804 declaring Bislig a city of Surigao del Sur.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
