Republic Act No. 9706

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

September 29 of every year as a special nonworking public holiday in the Municipality of Balilihan, province of Bohol to commemorate its Sumad Day or foundation anniversary.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from its publication in the Official Gazette or in at least two (2) newspaper of general circulation.
