AN ACT CONVERTING THE DEMOLOC-LITTLE BAGUIO-ALABEL ROAD LINKING THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALITA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALABEL, PROVINCE OF SARANGANI INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Demoloc-Little Baguio-Alabel Road linking the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao del Sur and the Municipality of Alabel, Province of Sarangani is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on August 12, 2008 and July 28, 2009, respectively.
