An Act Changing the Name of Lamo National High School in Barangay Lamo, Municipality of Dupax Del Norte, Province of Nueva Vizcaya to Dupax Del Norte National High School.

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF LAMO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY LAMO, MUNICIPALITY OF DUPAXDELNORTE, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA TO DUPAX DEL NORTE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Renaming of a National High School. - The name of Lama National High School in Barangay Lama, Municipality of Dupax del Norte, Province of Nueva Vizcaya is hereby changed to Dupax del Norte National High School.

Section 2. Location of the Main Campus. - The main campus of the Dupax del Norte National High School shall continue to remain in its present location in Barangay Lama, Municipality of Dupax del Norte, Province of Nueva Vizcaya.

Section 3. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 28,2008 and August 17, 2009, respectively.
