Republic Act No. 9798

AN ACT RENAMING THE PANGASINAN COLLEGE OF FISHERIES (PCF) AS THE PANGASINAN TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE (PTI)

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Pangasinan College of Fisheries (PCF) is hereby renamed as the Pangasinan Technological Institute (PTI).

Section 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on October 2, 2008 and August 18, 2009, respectively.
