RA 9992 - An Act Converting the Antequerra - San Isidro - Libertad (Tubigon) Provincial Road Traversing the Municipalities of Antequera, San Isidro and Tubigon, Province of Bohol Into a National Road
Republic Act No. 9992
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Antequera - San Isidro - Libertad (Tubigon) provincial Road traversing the municipalities of Antequera, San Isidro and Tubigon, Province of Bohol is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
